This Max-Amp heavy-duty alternator generates more power normal driving speeds and more power at idle than the factory alternator.  The Max-Amp heavy-duty alternators generates much more amperage at both idle & driving speed, as noted below.

This alternator is designed to be an exact factory replacement for the 1HZ engine and will directly bolt-on with no modifications necessary.
